Active Version

The Active version is the currently used version. In this version, the configurations cannot be changed or revised.

Revisions category

There are four revision types: Personal, Shared, Imported, and Product.

Personal Revision

A Personal revision is specific to a single user. Only that user has access to the revision and can make changes to it.

Personal Revision

Shared Revision

A Shared revision involves multiple users collaborating. Nobody outside the selected collaborators can see or make changes to this version.

Shared Revision

Imported Revision

An Imported revision originates from another system. For the time being, it can be used to become Ready and eventually Active.

Imported Revision

Product Revision

The Product revision serves as the foundational backbone for the ROI iAM system, encompassing the 'default', primary configurations, essential for its core operations. It represents the stable, production-ready version of all configurations required to execute the 'default' IAM scenarios, ensuring reliability and consistency across deployments.

Archived category

The Archived category contains all archived versions and revisions.
