Queues

ROI iAM comes with a number of pre-defined queues, which are used to detach the communication between the leading IAM and the solution. Additionally, they also give the possibility for external subscribers to get notified when events are triggered within ROI iAM.

The configuration of queues is achieved through the Configure -> Event Mesh menu. Then select the tab Queues and create the queues below (if not available already).

queue/customer/outbound

  • Namespace -> roiam/event/mesh

  • Use the default settings for the rest

queue/customer/process/dead-letter

  • Namespace -> roiam/event/mesh

  • Use the default settings for the rest

queue/customer/process

  • Namespace -> roiam/event/mesh

  • Dead Message Queue -> roiam/event/mesh/queue/customer/process/dead-letter

  • Max redelivery count -> 3

  • Use the default settings for the rest

queue/internal/process

  • Namespace -> roiam/event/mesh

  • Max redelivery count -> 3

  • Use the default settings for the rest

queue/public/dead-letter

  • Namespace -> roiam/event/mesh

  • Use the default settings for the rest

queue/public/inbound

  • Namespace -> roiam/event/mesh

  • Dead Message Queue -> roiam/event/mesh/queue/public/dead-letter

  • Max redelivery count -> 3

  • Use the default settings for the rest
